One of the cutest minimalistic and Scandinavian inspired cafes here in Adelaide, this little brunch spot offers speciality coffee and tea as well as a range of creative drinks and baked goods. The café earned its name for specialising in pickling, as visible from the shelf of freshly made pickles available to purchase. It also holds pickling workshops for those who have the interest. With their own daily in-house focaccia and drinks such as fresh juices and their own almond-cashew milk as well as a must try Shrubs (a tart-sweet fruit soda). The menu also offers creative and improvised dishes that aim to please the taste buds. Definitely one to visit for those who like a simple, relaxed set up but crave a unique taste. We 120% suggest the cheese and pickle toastie with added honey mustard jalepenos.
